not find themes/twitter/css/style.css when using twitter theme

openKB is really good. But I get a problem. I use twitter theme . When I open page, all static files except themes/twitter/css/style.css are load success. I have checked that style.css is exist, and nginx has read permission.How can I load style.css success ? Thank you
