Feature: use latest entry as default input argument

I should have propably made a feature issue and discussed it before with you, but it happens many times that you just want to change the begin/finish of the latest entry.

With this feature the latest entry gets used when no entry ID is provided.

That's a useful feature, thank you! Would you mind adding a short info to the Long description that tells the user that in case the ID is omitted the last entry is updated? Just to avoid surprises.
