Same issue here. I updated from 2.0.4.21 to 2.0.5.0, and get the same error log as OP. I can run Duplicati 2 directly from the 2.0.5.0 updates folder just fine....

Installing 2.0.5.1 beta on top of existing 2.0.2.1 installation was successful. The Duplicati 2 shortcut in Start Menu now works properly, and the program starts at boot.
