Feature request - Run custom script before export

Is it possible to include another button / setting in the panel to run a custom script on the exported objects?

E.G... "Run custom script" > [Set location of script] > script runs before exporting

This feature would be hugely beneficial for workflow and batch processing :)

Interesting idea. I'm not sure how exactly to implement it though, so I may need more details as to how it would work (like what the script you'd run should look like).

Unfortunately though working on this project is quite difficult for me since its my only experience with Python and Blender's api, and its lower priority for me than my other projects, so I'm not sure when I could get around to figuring out how to make this work.

Thanks for the reply! I appreciate you time and consideration of this feature.

Essentially, I was thinking of the addition of a single button as pictured. Pressing the button would:

1. Point to a .py sycript
2. Run that script on items defined in the existing 'mode' / 'limited to' section before

I'm thinking this opens up the batch workflow.
