Form to sign the Manifesto

It would be nice to have a simple form that would "automatically" sign the petition.

The form would handle all the fork/modify/commit/push/pull-request process automatically (I'm not sure how this could work at the moment). I'm thinking about having an empty repo (e.g. developers-manifesto-sign) where all the process would be done in branches (sign-githubusername).

Great idea. On my (ever-expanding) todo list is a website for this. The fork-and-add is something that I only want to be temporary
