Closing as I cannot find a reference to `payment_accepted` or any of the enum values here in 3.0, either on the schema reference page of the docs or via grep....

Metadata resource inconsistency regarding foreign keys

I think this has been addressed. In 3.0, metadata has a `resource_id` and a `resource_type` to create these links.

Multiple opens_at / closes_at times within schedule?

Closing, as I believe this has been addressed in #167 with the adoption of RRULE allowing for multiple different opening and closing times.
