Purge notifications when a user is timed out

If a user gets timed out, any sub messages or bits or whatnot should be removed and/or hidden from the notifications page. For both if you already have the page open and are getting events through the stream, or when loading the notifications page anew.

Because apparently the internet can't be trusted even when it costs them money.
