support for docker-v2 client

This package has only oidc and saml client support, but requested to have docker-v2 protocol client support.

Hey @pavankumarkatakam, thanks for the feature request. It looks like docker clients are much simpler than oidc or saml clients, so this should be a pretty easy feature to complete. I can take another look when I have time (which I don't have much of lately), or I can leave this open for someone else to tackle as a good first issue.
