[authz] time policy : unable to set hours : wrong date format sent to KC

Hello,

When I try to do the following change (once state TF state refreshed) :

I got the TF error : image

Which is related to the following error raised by KC : image

I got the same issue if I try to create more simply the following time policy whereas it is possible through KC UI ::
