OpenBSD pdksh Compatibility

SCOPE

These proposed changes add support for eval "$(scmpuff init -s)" in the default pdksh shell used by OpenBSD.

TODO

  • [ ] AppVeyor fails to find its 'project file.' Is this a configuration issue?

Hello from 5 years in the future when I'm getting the shell scripts in this project cleaned up (see #57).

@destroyhimmyrobots I don't have access to an OpenBSD box to test these changes, and would want to get some sort of integration testing going to validate. Is this something you have interest in setting up with the most recent version of the codebase, or should I close this PR for now?
