F1 World Grand Prix II (Europe) Cover Art Issue

Hello,

I love this application for the GDEMU. I have a complete PAL ISO set. All the covers look great, however for F1 World Grand Prix II, it keeps giving me the NTSC-J Cover art. I checked the catalogue data and both version have the same serial number! I'm guessing this is the issue and it defaults to the NTSC-J cover. I have noticed that PAL serial numbers sometimes end with 50, perhaps this is what is missing here?
