i find the reason. i use RTX3090, must run in env >CUDA11. How can I use pytorch1.9?

you can use pytirch1.9 by changing dvn2 to torch type DEFORMCONV2D

Have the same error when running test.sh.

I installed cuda 10.0.130 in Ubuntu 16.04 with pytorch 1.2.
