The link to the OpenAI API is outdated on README.md#running-locally)

Don't work anymore: https://beta.openai.com/account/api-keys

I think this is the new url: https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/api-keys

But, I don't know if use "Service Account" works fine

@luisangelorjr I think to remove the 'Maintenance Mode' page you should remove the latest 2 commits from this repo

np I don't know why https://www.smry.ai/ is now working fine while this repository is still in maintenance mode

maybe @mrmps forgot to push the latest commits?
