Make funcussion Carthage compatable

We've done this by making the static library into a dynamic framework. Still works with Cocoapods.

Hey, thanks for the carthage port. I don't have a way to easily test the carthage integration, but I'm willing to trust that it works as described on the tin. I would like to see two things done with this PR though:

  1. squash the commits
  2. give a good description of the contents of the commit in the explanatory text (right now it looks like a merge or squash of 5ish commits with some sort of audit trail)
