opening sidenav and scrolling breaks page layout

Using it on my mobile, and realised that it breaks the layout when i open the menu and scroll. It scrolls down below the last post and a lot of unnecessary space get added thus making the page scrollable to a point where there's no content.

It also gets automatically readjusted sometimes when i close the menu, and sometimes it does not.
