Permissions declaration

Firstly, Thanks for this awesome lib which make life simple. Instead of declaring all the permissions in the lib manifest, Can we let the developers add the needed permissions on the app manifest ? We can add a note in the read me file.

For instance, All the devs are not going to use all the features of the lib and so not going to require all the declared permissions. This will also make it easier in requesting appropriate permissions for marshmallow users. Otherwise, Devs will have hard time in explaining the permissions that are not really required.
