No delay on general exception triggered

it seems like when cameras drop a exception like AV_ER_SESSION_CLOSE_BY_REMOTE , 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xf9 in position 0: invalid start byte it doesn't trigger a delay before trying again. Might be a good idea to add a little delay and not hammer the wyze api, or the network in general.
