Cameras not connecting

Open Caleb642 opened this issue 1 year ago • 3 comments

After logging in all of my cameras show up but the preview says "preview not available" and i cant see any streams from the bridge. That along with camera info saying it isnt connected but giving all the other details. I can use the wyze app to view the cameras locally. I tried removing the rtsp firmware and updating one of my cameras but made no difference.

If your cameras are located out of your local network, That is a current issue. We are currently awaiting a fix for the relay issue that came with the newest firmware.

Same problem here. I can get snapshots, but no video ever works. Have downgraded to 2.6.0 and 2.5.3 and no change. Had been working under the same circumstances (network, firmware, etc) previously.

My cameras are specifically the original doorbells. I managed to get 3 v3s and 1 pan v1 working through RTSP with other firmwares and wz mini hacks.
