Audio Sync issues causing video to be unavailable (Cam V2)

Recent updates have lead to my Cam V2 no longer producing video.

The log is filled with messages about slow video, and of the 3 cameras I have (2 v3 and one v2) only the v2 one is dropping like this.

Disabling audio for the individual camera does not appear to do anything (using ENABLE_AUDIO_CAM_NAME=False), but disabling audio globally fixes it.

Same issue, all streams not working

Something else I've noticed - Even with audio disabled the cameras are getting out of sync - My two V3 cameras are (at this point) showing video more than half an hour earlier than the V2 camera, which is live. Restarting the streams brings them all back into sync, at least for now.

seconding this issue, ive never enabled audio sync for my v3 cams as they've historically caused stream delay that builds up over time. Now on 2.7.0 even with audio sync disabled, I'm getting extreme stream delay upwards of 20-30 minutes behind realtime if I don't catch it and restart the streams.

Another datapoint: DWB 2.7.0 running a single v3 Pro FW: 4.58.11.4679, getting significant (2h+ within 24h restart of DWB) video lag.

Quite possibly related to #1084 (edit: also #1088).
