Porting Picture to Julia 1.82

I am currently trying to get the demos working with Julia 1.82. I have two questions regarding that:

  1. Do you have a docker image available where this should work as is?
  2. In case you don't have a container, can you provide details on the version of Julia, Python and which Julia packages I should be using? By looking at the code, I assume you were using Julia < 0.4, Python 3.4 and no clue about the Julia packages. Some I couldn't find at all.
