Add a candidate with LIBSUFFIX

Some conda based installations on macOS seems to prefer installing libpython as .dylib This PR adds one more candidate name. Maybe related to #170 .

I'd love to see this merged too. I'm experiencing the bug referenced (I think). Want to see if this fixed it. :)
