OpenFOAM-11 is out. has anyone tried to compile it adapting an existing patch?

-dev patch with couple of additions and removals do the job. I have committed it in db67cc9300992238e931f2ea387d20eb559130e8.

I do not know if fallback warning in dlOpen function should be removed, as now solvers are dynamic libraries, so on each execution we get a warning about fallback to library with dylib extension instead of so.
