patch for foam-extend?

are there instructions or patches available for foam-extend?

Once I had patch and build guide for foam-extend-3.1. But, since I do not use foam-extend, they rather quickly became outdated.

I looked at current state of code (version 4.1) and decided, that I do not want to deal with all those WM_THIRD_PARTY_USE_OPENMPI_18 variables.

Maybe one day, when I start to use foam-extend in my day to day activities, I will make a patch and build guide.

@matteoicardi shall we close the issue? I have no plans to create patch for foam-extend (IIRC they provide image for macOS).

With version 5.0 there might be less issues. I managed to compile it quite easily, will share the patch asap
