Should we include links about which companies hire devs to work on open source?

Ref https://github.com/mrjoelkemp/awesome-paid-open-source/pull/23 on the hacker news thread containing lots of comments around going to work for a company that maintains popular open source projects or specifically hires devs for those projects.

A few questions:

  • Would it be a list of company names?
  • Can we even find links to relevant job postings?
    • job postings expire though
  • Does it seem too much like a plug for companies?
  • Is the list valuable at all?
