Communication between two decoupled blocks on seperate pages

Hi All, more of a question rather than issue.

Need to know how we can communicate between two angular decoupled blocks placed on two different pages.

For example, one simple use case, there is a zip code validator decoupled block and on submit, new page opens with another decoupled block and here data is fetched based on zip code submitted on previous page.

Based on the solution here need to decide whether decoupled approach fits my architectural needs or not. Please help.
