Problem with fixed menus, links not clickable

Hello, I'm using this with position fixed, and in my smartphone running Android with Google Chrome Browser I can only click on links when the menu is at its starting position, if I scroll down I can't click on the links. I've checked your demo with a fixed menu, and it won't work too.
