Open/Close sub menu wrong

Hi,I see your menu, the ideal very cool.I like it , i want to use it on my website but i see it still have problem.As you can see if you on desktop view it ok , but you resize to mobile view tap open then back to desktop view , open/close so crazy it not good. Pls improve that. Good luck.
