Sub Menu's Don't Open on Touch Devices

I have a menu that works fine on a desktop PC if you resize to under 800px. But if you view it on a mobile device, the submenu does not open. This is the site: http://bea.firthwebworks.com.au/

I have the same problem( Does some one fix this bug? I'm using Wordpress CMS. This is the site: http://aktivs.ru/ In desktop works fine but in mobile (Android, iOS) doest'n work fine((

I found were the problem is in my project, maybe it will help you. For the firs time I deleted an arrow icon because it is interfere my design, but after that i understand that you can open a sub menu just when you pressed in a arrow box (right on link). Maybe my comment will help to somebody:)
