Multiple items displayed at same time after resize window

I tried the responsive feature resizing window for an aproach to smartphone size and works fine, but, when maximize the window appear turns some wierd... displaying menues item at the same time.

This may not be the expected behavior, but I added animation speed to the data options of the opening <ul>. This made it so that you have to click the arrow to get the drop-down to show. This at least removed having to deal with hovering issue, but it's not a fix. The code looks like: `
