Not returning the correct blocks in file

First off, thank you for this plugin! I just discovered it and I'm so excited about it.

I'm trying to use it to create a MOC for various tagged topics, and similarly, to help me pull in + embed tagged source material for longform writing.

I thought it was all working correctly, but I just realized that the plugin is pulling in the wrong blocks. I can tell because what's pulled in does not match the search results from the built-in search results on the left sidebar.

Here's a screenshot. You can see that the blocks in search (left rail) do not match the blocks pulled in by the query. I was able to replicate this with another tag, so it isn't isolated to just this tag.

Am I doing something wrong? Or is this a bug?
