X and Y Endstops are inverted in SKR Mini E3 V3

Yes, and the problem still exists.

Bug Description

The Endstops of Ender 3 V2 - SKR Mini E3 V3 are inverted on the pre compiled version (Ender3V2-SKRME3V3-MM-20240125). So the Auto Axis doesn't work in the printer.

Expected behavior

Trigger X Endstop when X axis touches the X endstop and Trigger Y Endstop when Y axis touches the Y endstop

Actual behavior

X Endstop triggered when Y touches the X endstop and Y Endstop triggered when X axis touches the Y endstop.
