BART Conda Package

Hi,

I have been working on a Conda package for BART. This should simplify distribution-independent installation. It also integrates nicely with compute-environment specifications for reproducible workflow management systems like Snakemake or Nextflow.

I have created a Conda recipe that successfully builds BART 0.9.00 for Linux (with Cuda) and MacOS that I could share. There were some minor tweaks necessary, so I wanted to ask for feedback from the BART devs about this before releasing this into the wild to e.g. conda-forge.

Is this anything you would be interested in?

Thanks! I am not a conda user myself, so I can't help, but we could distribute the recipe with BART or make changes if necessary. If you want to distribute BART elsewhere, please coordinate with us.
