Modules don't activate

I can install modules, but haven't successfully activated one. I especially want the updater module.

Updater module doesn't work with this docker container from my understanding.

The same here, just setup 1.11.4 all in one, and by clicking the Activate button for module gets no effect. Looks like the issue is related to #194 after checking the log, and issue fixed by the suggestion from #194
