Just add the shortcut key to the Clink start menu shortcut. It's located in the version folder at C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\clink\. If you didn't use the Clink installer, you can make a shortcut to clink.bat and add the shortcut key to the shortcut. Just be aware that windows only recognize keyboard shortcuts if the shortcut is placed on either the desktop or in the start menu folder (it can be placed in a sub-directory).
