Tesla Coil Recipe Basin Support

To my knowledge a Tesla Coil can only charge items on a depot, but it would be super useful to also be able to make a recipe that uses a basin.

For example I'd use this feature for electrolysis of fluids, maybe with an item catalyst in there too.

I love all the features in this mod, and with this I'd feel even more complete. There really isn't any other smaller create like mods that have electrolysis machines.
