Make the Wrench Able to Rotate Connectors Between Valid Surfaces

Make sneak right clicking the wrench able to move the surface a connector is attached to onto any valid adjacent surface (ex, horizontal to vertical) without breaking the connection. This has a specific use case of being able to easily connect the connectors to other mods' wire connectors such as Immersive Engineering or Create: The Factory Must Grow without using intermediate blocks/cables by placing the other mod's connector on the side of the C:C&A connector then rotating the C:C&A connector so it attaches. I assume this would then allow power transfer between the two cables.
