Entities slow down when falling downwards in downwards flowing water next to transparent blocks(glass, etc) in 1.12.x as well as 1.13 and 1.13.1 They drop down faster when next to solid blocks(Stone,etc)

This can be fixed when Forge 1.13 comes out.......But for 1.12 can be fixed now :-)
