Reset line pulling does not work with Nintendo Super System

The sd2snes currently resets the SNES after loading a game (and at reset before it is ready) by pulling the /RESET line low on the cartridge slot. This does not successfully reset the Nintendo Super System, crashing it instead. It works after another manual reset carried out on the system itself. Maybe come up with a different way of resetting into the game (and back into the sd2snes menu) so sd2snes becomes usable on the NSS.
