Couple Graphical bugs/changes

Feature request

I didn't know if this was a bug, or purposeful implementation so I made this a feature request

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

• [ ] It's very strange to see lists starting from 0 and not from 1. (image 1/2)
• [ ] Also, are their hard limits to the size of the lists? If not, someone who isn't as meticulous could have a huge run on list. I ask because I had roll to 12, which seemed odd. Either the limit is higher than 12 and I only had 12, or there is no limit in place. (image 3)
• [ ] A default image should be added for things like plugins that have no thumbnail (image 4/5) or users [I understand that page is still being worked on] (image 6/7)

Debian These have all been tested on Chrome/Brave/Firefox v0.2.0-beta.15

Lists starting add 0 is a bit strange for non-programmers 😄 I'll see if I can switch it to start at 1!

Adding a default image is a good idea as well for users and plugins. That should be a quick win I think (not sure if I can check someone has a primary image or not)

There is no hard limit, so it seems you only have 13 movies without a primary image. Is this possible?
