Maybe this can be splitted into two separate PRs -- one restoring WebGLMultiview (like a revert of https://github.com/mrdoob/three.js/pull/18750) and one adding spacewrap functionality?

This is not ready for review yet. I'm just using a draft PR to run checks :-)
