Add support for calling HTTP MCP servers

Adding tracking ticket, I'd like to add support for calling HTTP and SSE MCP servers. This includes:

  • updating settings to configure MCP server endpoints (HTTP, Streamable HTTP)
  • enable MCP tool calling
