Add support for calling HTTP MCP servers

Adding tracking ticket, I'd like to add support for calling HTTP and SSE MCP servers. This includes:

updating settings to configure MCP server endpoints (HTTP, Streamable HTTP)
enable MCP tool calling

As a heads up, I'm slowly going through a UI refactor at the moment. Daisyui+heroui -> primereact.

Should make things easier going forward and will make another feature I've been wanting (split chats) very straightforward 🤞
