Loading Checkpoint performance assertion fails

I tried to save model to a checkpoint according to this notebook, but the assertion fails. I check the github saved notebook here https://github.com/mrdbourke/tensorflow-deep-learning/blob/main/07_food_vision_milestone_project_1.ipynb The same assertion happens. Any ideas why this is happening?
