Setup "How to use this repo" guide for getting started

Working on creating setup page.

Idea so far:

Notebooks 00-04

Use Google Colab for the easiest way to get started. This will take least amount of steps to get going but will get a little tougher once we get into modular code.

Notebooks 05-onwards

Can use Jupyter Lab + a conda environment with all the requirements setup and ready to go.

That way there's access to:

  • Jupyter Notebooks
  • Scripts
  • Terminal
