TKs are not removed in SETUP.md

TK - 2. Getting setup locally (Linux version) TK TODO - add step for install CUDA drivers TK image - overall setup of the course environment (e.g. Jupyter Lab inside conda env)

Since this assignment is completed, I think TK should be removed, I am certain it is the case, but I don't understand what is TK image here.

I would like to remove it If it is not intentional.
