Auto-syncing/watching not working?

The README makes it seem like, once ran, vagrant sync will continue to watch for changes? This doesn't appear to be the case as I have to call vagrant sync again for the sync to work. Any ideas?

I'm using Vagrant 1.6.3.

I added a fix for this to my fork and being a Github noob I didn't realize it would update my pull request, so this issue is actually included in https://github.com/mrdavidlaing/vagrant-unison/pull/9
