This site makes use of new HTML 5 'getUserMedia'

You will need a developer version of Chrome or Opera until it gets released into stable browsers.

Chrome (Canary) http://tools.google.com/dlpage/chromesxs

For the time being you will need to launch Chrome Canary via command line with the --enable-media-stream flag. example: /Applications/Google\ Chrome\ Canary.app/Contents/MacOS/Google\ Chrome\ Canary --enable-media-stream

Opera http://snapshot.opera.com/labs/camera/
