FreeBSD has recently changed the pkg to use .pkg extensions. We should modify the script respectively.

Hi Neel,

thank you for the pull request. The packages in quarterly still seem to have the *.txz suffix. Could you change the patch so that it works with both, *.pkg and *.txz?
