Suggestion: Option to disable CAPS Lock while Minecraft is open unless you have Minecraft chat on

Useful for people who use the CAPS Lock as a keybind

This one is mainly useful for PvPers who must use this keybind if they want to play efficiently for hotkey-heavy PvP modes such as End Crystal PvP, UHC, TNT Minecart PvP, etc

i'm confused why does it need to be disabled? i assume the hotkey you rebinded the caps lock to wouldnt work when you're in chat anyway so how does chat patches come into play here... also i'm not sure this would be in scope for the mod anyway

I should have explained better, sorry. I'll explain it better this time. There are types of PvP modes that are extremely hotkey-heavy. So what people do to play more optimally is they use the CAPS lock as a keybind for one of their hotbar slots for example. It's like that because too many keybinds on 1 finger is not optimal for PvP so you need to balance your hotkeys to as many fingers as you physically can

So that above explains why CAPS lock is useful for PvP. Now the issue is that while you're fighting someone and using the CAPS lock keybind you also turn your actual CAPS function on, and off, and on, and off. So as a result when you open your chat sometimes your CAPS is on so when you type all your letters will be uppercase.

Yes you can just turn it off or always check before typing, but many people type so out of habit that sometimes they type without realizing their CAPS is on. So it's annoying to have to erase every single word you typed in uppercase, turn the CAPS off and type all over again. Even more annoying if you're a relatively fast typer

This is what this suggestion fixes. It makes it so pressing the CAPS lock button does what you've assigned to in-game, but doesn't actually turn the actual CAPS function on and off, UNLESS your in-game chat is open. Does that make sense? Let me know if there's anything I should explain more about
