EMI compatiblity

EMI can be used as an alternative to JEI (or to replace it when both are installed).

The issue comes when using EMI for minestuck recipes, as EMI runs into a few issues:

• Grist costs are understood to take 1 of any used grist in the recipe tree (instead of the correct amount for each)
• Punch Designix and Totem Lathe output both their result item and a punched card/cruxite dowel
