Editmode placed block buffer and refund

The idea is to be able to get back the grist cost for misplaced blocks. To avoid exploits where the player could convert any blocks to grist, even blocks in the actual terrain, there should be a buffer containing the positions of the latest placed blocks. The buffer won't be saved across editmode session and have a max size of around 100.
